Millesime indicates that The House of Creed has hand-selected the very best crops - including blooms, fruits and spices - to create each Creed fragrance. Creed Millesime fragrances are blends that consist of the highest-quality concentration of infused essential oils made from raw materials.
Millesime can also refer to our fragrances being hand-crafted by our Master Perfumer, Olivier Creed.
These terms reference the concentration of essential oils in a scent. Parfums or perfumes are the strongest strength with approximately 20-30% of essential oils. Eau de Parfum (EDP) represents midrange strength consisting of 10-15%, and Eau de Toilette (EDT) is the lightest strength containing the least amount of essential oils with a range of 3-8%. The House of Creed’s EDP compound is 18-25%, and our EDT compound is 7-9%.
The most significant influence on scent longevity is ensuring that skin is properly moisturized prior to applying the scent. Layering products such as body lotions or oils with the same scent will also increase the longevity and intensity of a scent.
The House of Creed recommends three heavy spritzes on the inside of your wrist. Next, apply or dab your wrist to your pulse points (at the back of your neck and behind your ears) to best smell the scent. Remember to apply the scent at the very beginning of the palm of your hand; the inside of your wrist.
An ancillary product is an item scented to match its namesake fragrance exactly and is used to layer and intensify the scent, but is also excellent to wear on its own. Ancillaries are available in the form of lotions, shower gels, after shave balms, deodorants, shaving soaps & bowls, body soaps and perfumed oils at The House of Creed.

When the total amount of your order exceeds the total value on your Creed E-Gift Card, the credit card you choose to use will be charged the remaining balance. All of the value on your Creed E-Gift Card will be used first before any amount is charged to your credit card.

Creed Boutique offers standard and expedited shipping. Standard shipping uses FedEx Ground service, while expedited shipping allows the customer to choose between FedEx 2-day and next day delivery. PLEASE NOTE that creedboutique.com and its affiliates will not be responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances outside our reasonable control such as delays due to severe weather, natural disasters or strikes. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will usually ship the following business day (Monday). Creedboutique.com does not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

Following are the conditions that apply to returns of products:
a. Only products in unopened original packaging that have not been tampered with or used in any manner or that are damaged or defective upon delivery may be returned to Company for a refund or exchange.
b. Products must be returned to Company within 14 days of delivery using a mailing method that allows for shipment tracking.
c. You should inspect products for damage upon delivery. If you notice any damage or believe a product is defective, you should contact us immediately to file a report. However, in order to qualify to receive a refund or exchange for any such claim, you need to contact us no later than 7 days from delivery and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number in accordance with the procedure described below. Upon receipt, Company will make a determination, in its reasonable discretion, whether a product claimed to be damaged or defective was actually damaged or defective when originally delivered to you.
d. Prior to returning products, you must contact Company and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorize number, which number must be written on the copy of the shipping invoice that you will enclose with the returned product. To obtain the Return Merchandise Authorization number, send an email to Customer Service using our CONTACT FORM or call a Company representative at 212.643.1130, and provide your order number, full name, shipping address and email address.
e. Products must be returned with the original shipping box, packing materials, as well as ALL COMPLIMENTARY SAMPLES and a copy of the shipping invoice.
f. Refunds will only be issued in the same form as was used for payment.
g. Shipping charges are non-refundable. However, replacement products will be shipped free of charge, except where expedited shipping is requested.
